You will provide confidential support to the HR function, management teams and employees alike. Providing first line HR support on queries and questions from employees enabling swift resolution and ensuring best in class employee experience for all. Working across many areas of administration, data management, policy provision and key process management, an essential aspect of the role is to ensure employee data is accurately maintained, current reflecting true state. Working collaboratively across the HR function with both a global and regional mindset coordinating tasks and prioritising multiple projects from onboarding new employees, collating payroll amendments to managing risk, advising employees on policy & procedure and providing timely answers to queries.
