The core responsibilities of this role include: BOL filings, carrier scheduling, customer communication, tasking, cycle counts, returns processing, and picking/packing Position: Weekend Day Shift Customer Service Representative Shift: 5:00am – 5:30pm, Friday-Sunday with mandatory OT as needed Pay: $20.75 per hour + $1.75 in shift differential In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Proficient at Microsoft, Manhattan WMS, multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, forklift experience a plus Be part of the world’s largest logistics company!
