Waste Connections is the premier provider of solid waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal services, along with recycling and resource recovery, in mostly exclusive and secondary markets across the US and Canada. We are looking to hire a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Plant Technician that will be associated with the new RNG Plant scheduled to be commissioned in mid-2026 at our Arrowhead Landfill located near Uniontown, Alabama. The new full-time RNG Plant Operator position will help manage the plant’s resources, be responsible for optimizing plant performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and be a part of a team of other operators and technicians. The ideal candidate for this position will not only have a proven track record in terms of daily production managing abilities but will also have demonstrated capabilities to work independently and within a team applying sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
