Description Hinckley Yachts is looking for an impactful new member in our finance team; In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the Director of FP&A and Operations to build a best-in-class planning function. You’ll create budgets and forecasts, analyze performance, and deliver insights that boost profitability and efficiency. You’ll also support the financial integration of newly acquired shipyards and marinas—perfect for someone who loves data, collaboration, and shaping scalable processes in a fast-growth environment. What You’ll Do as an FP&A Analyst Deliver Actionable Financial Insights: - Produce monthly reporting and variance analysis that clearly explains performance drivers. - Identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities to improve financial and operational results. - Develop meaningful KPIs to help leaders measure what matters.
