Job Description: - Review of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design documents such as drawings, specifications (“specs”), Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), and Basis of Design (BOD) to evaluate energy efficiency. - Perform measurement, verification, commissioning, and retro-commissioning. - Provide, prepare, and develop Pre-Functional and Functional testing forms in compliance with green building practices. - Collect data for energy conservation analyses, using jobsite observation, field inspection...
