You will lead a high performing engineering team responsible for delivering differentiated AI powered features while driving growth, adoption, and commercialization of Firefly. As a technology leader, you will partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Data teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into compelling workflows that deliver measurable customer and revenue impact. You will champion AI driven development and analytics informed decision making to ensure we build high value features that scale technically and commercially.
