Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our dumpling manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly and our facility remains in top shape. This role requires a blend of mechanical troubleshooting and general building upkeep. Key Responsibilities: - Machine Maintenance : Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers). - Facilities Upkeep : Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general "handyman" tasks around the warehouse and office. - Troubleshooting : Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime. - Food Safety (GMP) : Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards. Keep maintenance logs and ensure the shop area is clean and organized. - Parts Inventory : Track spare parts for machines and notify management when supplies or tools need to be ordered.
