The Café Team Lead is the person who keeps the counter running well when the Food & Beverage Supervisor is not on the floor. You serve, you lead, and you hold the standard across both. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead the Team on Shift. You set the pace, assign tasks, check work, and give feedback in the moment. When the Food & Beverage Supervisor is not on the floor, you are the standard. - Serve with Precision. Every item prepared and delivered at the Altea standard, every order, every shift.
