Description The Division of Pediatric Oncology, Department of Oncology and the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine are recruiting an established physician scientist/ pediatric oncologist with research and clinical expertise in the field of pediatric hematologic malignancies. The candidate will lead efforts in translational oncology, clinical trials, and clinical care in the Pediatric Hematologic Malignancies Program at the SKCCC. The ideal candidate will be an established (Associate Professor or equivalent, or above), board-certified, pediatric oncologist with a record of successful academic productivity in leukemia and/ or lymphoma research. Clinical responsibilities will focus on the care of children, adolescent and young adult patients with hematologic malignancies, and research activities will be aligned with the interests and expertise of the candidate but should center around pediatric hematologic malignancies. A major focus of the candidate should be in clinical trials and program building efforts.
