Position Title: Procurement Project Buyer, Supply Chain Location: Houston: Your role Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the position will lead and/or support project procurement activities and other initiatives in the areas of supply chain and procurement. What you’ll do: - Source and procure equipment and services to support new construction builds for Digital Realty data centers. - Coordinate equipment delivery timelines in alignment with project schedules and cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Construction. - Manage the day-to-day procure-to-pay (P2P) process and act as the liaison between project management and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. - Drive supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing, process optimization, and supplier performance management. - Organize, maintain, and manage supplier contracts. - Track and report supply chain cost savings, comparing actual results against targets. - Monitor and report supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Coordinate KPI surveys with internal stakeholders to support the Strategic Supplier Management program. - Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining th...
