Sr. Drupal Technical Lead/Architect

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Drupal Technical Lead/Architect to help lead the redesign and CMS migration of a large-scale government website to Drupal 10, hosted on Acquia Cloud. The project will span 9 months, with ongoing support afterward. This project involves high-governance environments with a strong focus on accessibility, structured content, and performance optimization. Responsibilities : Qualifications : - Lead the architectural design and development of the Drupal-based website. - Oversee the migration from legacy CMS to Drupal 10, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime. - Implement content modeling and selection of appropriate Drupal modules based on project requirements. - Ensure the proper configuration of Acquia Cloud hosting and deployment pipelines. - Optimize site performance, leveraging Drupal best practices and integrating Solr search, APIs, and other third-party tools. - Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the solution aligns with business and technical goals. - Provide mentorship and technical leadership to a team of developers. - Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and st...
