Location Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: - Organised and methodical. - Proactive, accountable and self-motivated. - Reliable and trustworthy. - Strong integrity and compliance focus. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Good IT skills, in particular spread sheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems - Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases - Analytical and numerical - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent attention to detail skills - Ability to work under pressure - Excellent organisation skills - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and liaise at all levels - Possess a “right first time”, diligent and conscientious work ethic.
