Job Description Summary Responsible for the connection and interface between Quality to Integrated Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Customer facing organizations. Focused on enabling flow, improving quality, and ensuring Clear To Build (CTB) risks to the business are minimized. This role will act as a tactical leader, process improvement owner, and mentor to others within the team to optimize quality to enable delivery for all Rotorcraft & Turboprop (RTP) product lines. This role will report to the Defense Quality & Delivery Integration Leader and will support all RTP product lines (i.e. T700, CT7, T408, T901). Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work.
