Job Summary: The Division Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of assets within the division, ensuring efficiency and profitability in operations. This role focuses on managing the lifecycle of equipment, vehicles, facilities, and other assets critical to the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to maximize asset utilization and ensure alignment with company goals. The Division Asset Manager will oversee Alaska, Hawaii Oregon & Prestress (our Washington location) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets within the division, including equipment, vehicles, and facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Develop and manage budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and analyze costs to identify opportunities for savings while maintaining quality. - Coordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan. - Ensure all assets meet safety and regulatory standards, working closely with safety and compliance teams. - Lead and mentor a team of Equi...
