About this role Carrier is redefining how Ductless (DLS) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems operate — embedding intelligent connectivity, remote diagnostics, AI-driven optimization, and ecosystem-wide integration across residential and light commercial environments. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead digital strategy and execution across DLS and VRF — two technically sophisticated, high-growth segments. This is a domain leadership role. You will define strategy, lead a team of Product Managers, and deliver measurable business impact across connected assets, analytics, and service enablement. You will operate at the intersection of hardware engineering, firmware, cloud, IoT, analytics, and commercial strategy — shaping how physical systems become intelligent platforms.
