Neegan Burnside Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Intermediate Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our Winnipeg team and support communities across Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. You’ll collaborate with a skilled, multidisciplinary team and work on meaningful municipal projects from concept through to construction and commissioning. What You’ll Do: - Lead and manage water/wastewater projects and project teams. - Collaborate with senior engineers and team managers in project execution. - Oversee preparation of reports, functional and detailed designs. - Mentor and support the development of EITs and junior staff. - Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. - Prepare proposals, workplans, technical reports, and specifications. - Conduct studies, assessments, and asset management planning. - Participate in industry events and present technical papers as needed.
