What You’ll Do: Supervise daily retreading operations to ensure production goals are met safely, accurately, and on schedule. Lead weekly production meetings and communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates. Work side-by-side with team members on the production floor, filling in as needed while managing overall shop flow. Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operational.
