About this role: The Senior Engineering Manager in Digital Banking Digital Technology leads global database and platform engineering teams supporting mission‑critical, customer‑facing banking platforms. The role provides technical, people, and delivery leadership across modern and legacy data platforms, driving resilience, performance, security, and continuous modernization. The position partners closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations to accelerate digital transformation and embed AI‑enabled engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: Engineering & Platform Leadership - Lead database and platform engineering teams supporting enterprise‑scale digital banking applications. - Own architecture, engineering standards, and operational excellence for MongoDB, Cassandra, Oracle, and Java‑based platforms. - Drive platform modernization, cloud readiness, and high‑availability data solutions. - Ensure strong performance, scalability, resilience, security, and regulatory compliance.
