Business Unit Description Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO) develops and oversees a global program that governs the business in the creation of effective and risk appropriate continuity and recovery solutions to support the continuation of critical processing and servicing of our clients. Scope of Position: ERO – Shared Services, Vice President The Vice President, Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO) plays a key leadership role in supporting the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s Enterprise Resilience strategy and its internal Shared Services capabilities. This role brings strong subject‑matter expertise in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and provides leadership oversight for elements of the ERO Shared Services function, helping to deliver consistent, high‑quality, and scalable resilience services across the organization.
