Example of Sous Chef Tasks: - Referral program - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Training & development - Monitor food preparation for quality and accuracy. - Maintain food and labor cost goals. - Ensure smooth timing of food preparation and delivery of food to guests. - Facilitate communication between front of house and back of house.
