Country Project Business Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

As a Country Project Business Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will report to Managing Director Sales based in La Roca for a permanent contract. You are responsible for leading and developing Hager’s project business in the spanish market, driving sustainable growth, strengthening market share, and ensuring profitable performance while preparing the organisation for long-term success . Responsibilities: - Lead the national Project Business strategy, defining objectives, KPIs and commercial plans - Manage and develop the Project Sales team, fostering high performance and customer focus - Drive specification and prescription activities using Hager digital tools (BIM models, configurators, network calculations) - Build and grow strategic sales channels, including Panel Builders, OEMs, and System Integrators - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with design bureaus, consultants, and engineering influencers - Identify and secure large-scale construction and infrastructure projects through direct engagement with investors, developers, EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and major electrical installers - Lead Key Accoun...
