About the Role As an Asset Protection Service Representative, you are the first point of contact in creating a safe, welcoming, and secure environment in our stores. Your presence on the sales floor and at store entrances helps deter theft, promote safety, and support a positive customer experience. You play a vital role in protecting the people, products, and brand experiences across our house of iconic brands: Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. Through your attentiveness and professionalism, you help ensure our stores are places where customers and employees feel safe, supported, and inspired.
