Job Description In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to: produce and test the SMC material that is used to make fiberglass skins. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: collecting data, triple shaft inputs, sheet weight, and moisture levels Receive Bulk Materials: confirming part numbers, correct transfer line hook up, and weight Chart Data: including all viscosities, triple shaft inputs, sheet weight, and maturation room temp/humidity React to Out of Control Production Issues: Perform preventative maintenance work in compliance with OAM and Ivara Certifications: - Per SMC Line Control Plan - E21 certification - Forklift certification - Crane certification - Hazardous Waste certification - Operate floor scrubber Obtain samples for quality testing: Other duties as assigned: Qualifications: Qualification Requirements - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
