Job description

We’re looking for a People & Culture Partner to support and execute Foxway’s People & Culture strategy within our Recommerce C&E (Computers & Enterprise) business area. As a People & Culture (P&C) Partner, you will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals. You will primarily support Romania, while also partnering with managers across C&E business area, including the UK, Denmark, and Latvia. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, you will drive employee engagement and ensure high-quality P&C processes that enhance both employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Role is located in Romania.
