What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Lead Security Deposit Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will contribute to the department’s efficiency by maintaining accuracy throughout claim files and working on behalf of the policyholder to resolve disputes and damage claims. Manage tasks and consistency across all files to ensure a correct financial total at the end of the placement. How We Work As a Lead Security Deposit Specialist, you will be expected to work in an office/hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Role Responsibilities - Assigned workspace in location office set up - Company-issued equipment - Formal, hands-on training The responsibilities of the role will include: - Maintaining a daily tracking log of file assignments using ACT tasks. - Recording detailed notes of verbal and written correspondence (documenting names/phone numbers of conversations held) in ACT database. - Maintaining electronic and paper files to ensure status accuracy. - Collecting security deposits from landlords immediately following move out....
