Job Responsibilities: Identify and analyze business requirements, prepare requirement documentation, and coordinate requirement review processes. Validate and confirm product solutions to ensure alignment with business needs. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets requirements. Develop system operation manuals and user training materials. Deliver training sessions on system functionalities and usage to end users. Lead IT-related planning initiatives within the assigned business domain. Manage system maintenance and ensure continuous system performance and stability.
