Join a team that makes a real difference. At MADEC we are looking for passionate, reliable Residential Youth Workers to support young people during sleepover shifts. Enjoy competitive pay at $44.45 per hour (evening), with a minimum of $415.60 per sleepover shift, plus weekend penalty rates. "We’re looking for Residential Youth Workers to join MADEC, a leading community organisation providing supports in the Mackay and Whitsunday Region for over 50 years. In this role, you’ll provide a nurturing and supportive environment for young individuals in residential care, while working with the Out-of-Home-Care Team to empower young individuals to thrive and build a brighter future."
