The Submarines business is seeing unprecedented levels of forecast growth, and the need to ensure that the long-term UK and Australian ambitions are managed and translated into a coherent & complete operational plan is paramount to success. The successful candidate will own and lead the demands management process for RRSL, including Sales and Operations Planning, scenario modelling with inventory and load & capacity assessment. In addition they will have overall accountability for functional and professional development of our P&C network scheduling and technical control population in RRSL.
