Maintenance Systems Manager - Aviation Ground Handling

Job Description: AGI is seeking a Fleet Management Systems Manager (FMSM). This role is responsible for the strategy, administration, optimization, and enforcement of AGI’s maintenance management system across all company assets, including ground support equipment (GSE), fleet vehicles, industrial equipment, and facility mechanical systems. This position owns the integrity of maintenance data and system performance, including work order workflows, preventive maintenance programs, asset hierarchies, parts tracking, labor reporting, and performance analytics. The FMSM partners closely with maintenance operations, reliability, finance, and executive leadership to ensure the system drives equipment uptime, cost control, regulatory compliance, and informed capital planning in a multi-station, multi-asset environment.
