Supply Chain Manager Purpose: The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of material flow, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance in support of major aerospace programs. This role integrates strategic planning, procurement, and logistics, and continuous improvement with a strong focus on lean workplace optimization, risk mitigation and cross functional collaboration. Education and Experience: - Extensive experience in aerospace supply chain management, including procurement of high‑complexity and regulated components. - Strong knowledge of aerospace quality systems and standards, including AS9100 and ISO 9001. - Thorough understanding of export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and government contracting requirements. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms. - Demonstrated ability to apply Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and workplace organization principles to optimize material flow and operational efficiency. - Advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management skills - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities - Excellent communication skills with the abili...
