Description Assistant Residential House Manager – Sign on Bonus! Paid Training! Schedule: Wed 3p-10p, Thurs 1p-11p, Fri 3p-11p, Sat 8a-11p Full Time: 40 Hours: Salary: $19.50-$21 per hour: Sign on Bonus: $1,000 for new Full Time employees! The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.
