Process Improvement Specialist – UK Distribution Centre As Coloplast continues to strengthen and evolve its UK Distribution Centre, we are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to play a key role in driving operational performance and continuous improvement. This position sits at the heart of our warehouse operations, supporting both newly implemented automation systems that are due to go live this summer and traditional warehousing activities. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing how operations run, solving complex problems and making a measurable impact in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The Role -: You will be responsible for identifying, delivering and sustaining performance improvements across warehouse processes, combining data analysis with hands‑on, practical problem‑solving. Working closely with managers, analysts, team leaders and technical specialists, you will help identify, plan and implement change initiatives that improve efficiency, cost, quality and flow.
