Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Transition / Transformation Leader. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position. The Transition Leader will enable and oversee successful execution of the regional location strategy, incl. complex multi-country transition initiatives across Europe and offshoring initiatives to India. You will manage and mentor a team, collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement the organizational strateg y , and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. We will count on you to: Lead and oversee multiple complex , multi-country transition projects across Europe and Mumbai, setting strategic direction. Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on long-term location strategy, capacity optimization, and resource forecasting to support organizational growth.
