Job DetailsJob Location: Oak Hall School - Gainesville, FL 32607Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: NegligibleOak Hall School is seeking an Assistant Director of Buildings and Grounds to assist in the oversight of the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all school buildings and grounds. Under the supervision of the Director of Buildings and Grounds, the Assistant Director will play a key role in ensuring that all school facilities are maintained to a high degree, both functionally and aesthetically, and identifying necessary maintenance and repairs to best support facility utility, safety, and longevity. Ability to supervise and perform light electrical work as needed Ability to supervise and perform plumbing repairs and/or maintenance as needed Performing surface preparation and paint application on building structures and signage as needed. Perform lawn care including mowing, edging, weed removal, weed trimming, hedge trimming, trash pick-up, as needed Setting up tables, chairs, and move furniture and other items as needed including occasional off-site events Ability to perform carpentry repairs and perform HVAC repairs Perform maintenance on grou...
