About the role: Challenger is seeking experienced, enthusiastic and results driven part time kitchen stewards to join our team on afternoon and night shifts. In this fast-paced hands-on role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety, delivering exceptional hospitality services based on our award-winning standards and our client's needs. Key Responsibilities: - Be an integral part of the operations of busy commercial kitchens - Operate commercial dishwashers and other commercial kitchen equipment - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and benches ensuring all rubbish is removed and equipment is correctly stored - Prepare equipment required for functions (chafing dishes, plates etc) - Assist the chefs with general kitchen duties - Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and safe work practices at all times.
