Cozen O’Connor’s Santa Monica office is seeking an experienced full-time Subrogation and Labor & Employment Legal Practice Assistant with experience in litigation (CA State and Federal Courts). The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, who is able to multi-task under time constraints with exceptional attention to detail, take initiative, think strategically and independently and interact with all levels of the firm. The position requires excellent communication, organizational and computer skills for assisting senior attorneys. We currently offer a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in the office, 2 days’ work from home. Come and work with one of the top 100 law firms in the country. The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
