About the Role Fayetteville Public Works Commission is seeking a knowledgeable and driven HCM Applications Analyst to support and continuously enhance our enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role serves as a functional and technical expert with a strong preference for Oracle HCM Cloud experience and plays a key part in improving HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing system performance across the organization. The HCM Applications Analyst partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective system solutions while supporting daily operations, system upgrades, integrations, testing, and user enablement. Key Responsibilities: Oracle HCM Cloud Management: - Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Benefits. - Design and maintain workforce structures, workflows, approval hierarchies, and security roles. - Collaborate with HR leaders to translate business needs into system and process improvements.
