Job Summary: The Senior Service Center Coordinator role is responsible for being a key liaison between Sales and the Distribution Center but are not limited to essential responsibilities below. Essential Responsibilities: Managing customer inquiries, order entry, tracking, delivery status updates, outbound/inbound communication, product information, and ad‑hoc product‑related support. Prioritizing customer purchase orders and coordinating supply; assisting the DC Manager with order prioritization.
