We are looking to add a Dispatcher to our team! This position works a 4 on 4 off schedule which provides a great work life balance! Position Summary: In this position you will be responsible for taking delivery orders via email, phone and computer system and dispatching them in order of priority to ensure timely and safe delivery of product. You will also review customer inventory and schedule loads based on prioritizing needs and be responsible for clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and vendors. You will need to be able to make changes based on needs and communicate those changes to drivers and customers. This position requires being able to troubleshoot issues that arise with deliveries, responding to initial reports of incidents, monitoring pricing at loading points and truck positions in order to make quick decisions to adjust scheduled loads.
