What’s the role?: As a Financial Crime Reporting Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping protect Westpac and the community from financial crime. You’ll focus on reviewing complex matters, conducting investigations and preparing reports that support regulatory obligations and strengthen our overall control environment. You’ll work closely with analysts and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes, sharing your expertise and helping lift capability across the team. Your work will contribute to identifying risks early, improving processes and supporting the broader Financial Crime Surveillance function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine analytical thinking with sound judgement to make decisions and deliver meaningful insights that support compliance and operational improvement. This is a fulltime/permanent role with hybrid working, based in Melbourne, Parramatta or Adelaide .
