Position Summary: The Sr. Training Manager — Field Operations leads technical and compliance training operations across the Training Centers of Excellence, managing Field Technical Facilitators, Instructional Designers, and a Training Coordinator. This role ensures all field training programs meet regulatory requirements, organizational quality standards and strategic objectives. Essential Functions: 1. Multi-Site COE Operations & Team Leadership Oversee daily training operations across all Training Centers of Excellence managing schedules, resource allocation, facility readiness, and up to 50% site travel.
