Best Fit Nurse Externs have the opportunity to work on 3 different Specialty Med/Surg units. At completion of the program, candidate and unit Managers discuss potential for offer. Candidate will determine which offer best fits their career goals for longevity in that specialty unit. Transition seamlessly from a Nurse Extern II into a RN role.
