Job Description: The Program Assistant is responsible for implementing assigned activities and programs to meet the needs, interests, and capabilities of the residents within the community for the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods. This team member is also responsible for engaging residents to participate in activities and programs each day.
