Job Description A leading player in the property market, Aramark Property is the largest dedicated Property Management firm in Ireland and has in excess of 600 properties under management and +160 staff working in the Property Management division. About the Role: To manage a residential property portfolio consisting of three developments of significant size and prominence in the private rental market. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of developments as well as ensuring that all MUD Act, legislative maintenance requirements and additional corporate governance requirements are complied with. The role will be based from the local offices within developments located in Dublin 24 and Dublin 12 respectively, with a requirement to attend our offices in Earlsfort Terrace every second week.
