Provide all guests with courteous, professional, and efficient service that supports the restaurant’s operating procedures, brand promise and standards. Essential functions: Ensure all food and beverage team members deliver the brand and provide exceptional service. Assist and support food and beverage team members. Inspect the food and beverage outlets daily for cleanliness and sanitation. Have a thorough knowledge of menus and applicable specials. Lead and manage the restaurant, room service and bar areas to ensure brand standards are adhered to. Remain in dining room during peak business hours, greet and engage with guests to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Address guest and team member concerns, reacting quickly and professionally.
