We are looking for a Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist to join the team at Veteran's Home, in Montevideo, MN! At Pro Rehab , you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day! Position Type: On-Call: Wage Range: OT $50 - $60 / hour depending on experience COTA $30 - $40 / hour depending on experience Location: 2190 William Ave, Montevideo, MN 56265 OT/ COTA Responsibilities: - Assess & Evaluate Patients: Conduct evaluations to understand patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs affecting daily activities. - Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized intervention programs to improve independence in daily tasks and work-related functions. - Provide Therapeutic Activities: Guide patients through exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance motor skills and coordination. - Educate & Support Patients & Families: Provide patient and caregiver education such as but not limited to: coping strategies, home modifications, and techniques to improve quality of life and independe...
