The Opportunity: As a Sales Support Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers trust when choosing energy solutions. Your work will support EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain, helping customers understand their options while delivering great sales outcomes and compliant service. You’ll join us on a salary starting of £26,000 per annum with the potential to earn commission based on meeting targets. This role is based at our #Doxford office in Sunderland. You’ll work full time onsite during your training period, then you’re up to speed in the role, you’ll have the option to move to a hybrid setup of three days a week in the office and two days working from home.
