Job Summary: To support individuals in attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety across all settings. Schedules: - Sunday 7am-3pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday 7am-3pm. - Tuesday 7am-3pm, Wednesday 7am-3pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 7am-3pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Implement Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) Report any significant issues using the on-call hierarchy Implements and follows individuals’ Behavior Skills Plans Implements and follows EO509 Dining Guidelines Participated in and completed Licensing and Certification paperwork which includes but not limited to Daily Planners. Monthly Menus, House Meetings, Budgeting, Medical Appointments, etc. Follows and Implements individuals’ daily schedules Enhance an individual’s development by providing job coaching Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries with the individuals Involving individuals in social and vocational opportunities Implementing Individual Service Plan (ISP) objectives Promote a high quality of living for the individuals which includes but not limited to assisting with showers, toileting, brushing teeth, laundry, etc....
