Overview: Job Description Summary: Maintains overall responsibility and provides direction, coordination, and consultation for Child Life and Music Therapy programs. Collaborates in the development and support of roles that augment provided services, manages budgets, promotes and supports community partnerships, and remains current with evidence-based practices, trends, and competencies. Utilizes metrics to demonstrate program impacts and serves as a leader in advocating for the inclusion of patient and family centered care.
