The Opportunity: We are seeking a full time Mortgage Closing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for preparing and delivering closing disclosures (CD’s) by coordinating with internal partners and third-party services. Provide support for various functions required within the department and ensure that actions taken are in accordance with all local, state, federal, and investor requirements. What You’ll Do: - Review loans tasked for Closing Disclosure preparation for completeness and accuracy of data. - Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosure at prescribed process point. - Deliver the Closing Disclosure to members, meeting all timing requirements. - Update loan tasks and any status to ensure timely progression of the loan to meet defined service level agreements. - Upload documentation received into the Loan Origination system as necessary. - Complete a final verification of employment prior to loan closing to meet agency requirements. - Assist with departmental tasks as assigned. - Collabor...
